Together For The Future

The event

The GLC Summit of 2022 was the first time this event was held in person in 3 years due to pandemic safety restrictions. With the success of the previous year’s summit held online, we were eager to carry the momentum of the One Rising GLC Summit series. Once again Accenture’s global leadership would gather to align, inspire, and excite.

Our challenge was to balance a sense of innovation and celebration, to scale the event but not lose a sense of community.

“Together For The Future” became our guiding light. Using the One Rising guidelines I created for the previous year’s event we set out to continue the next chapter in the One Rising story.

Accenture’s leaders and special guests discussed not just how to live in a new and uncertain world but thrive in it. Together—with thought leaders, an olympic athlete who talked of overcoming his own difficulties in order to win gold, and a wellness coach who helped remind us that moments of mindfulness the key to staying grounded—we shared our setbacks and success stories and showed us how bright the future can be if we stick together.
